Software Technical Support (Included)
SquareWorks’ products that are purchased under a subscription agreement include ongoing technical support which covers technical issues or fixes to software defects.
In order to request support, an email should be sent to netsuite-support@squareworks.com and one of our technical representatives will contact you within a business day.

Bi-annual announcements including new features and recommendations
Standard Testing Guidance with every NetSuite Release
Support hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ET

If you are a subscriber of this service and you encounter an issue with one of SquareWorks’ Software products, your Support Consultant can assist in escalating such issues to our Software Technical Support Team. You may opt to utilize Premium Support hours and have your Support Consultant assist with testing or with changing or adding new configuration of SquareWorks’ software products on your behalf.
