Gain insight into your AP process in seconds with pre-configured reports and dashboards

This feature is included within SquareWorks' Automate AP Automation Suite.
To access the Automate dashboard, log into NetSuite and then open the AP Automation dashboard through the Automate menu:
If you would like to save the dashboard as a shortcut within NetSuite, you can press Add Shortcut from within the dashboard. Once saved as a shortcut, you can access the dashboard using your native NetSuite shortcuts menu.
The Automate dashboard comes with multiple dashboard views, organized into the following operational areas:
Vendors: Provides visibility, actions and reports related to vendor onboarding, vendor updates and approvals. You can learn more about the Vendor Dashboard in the Advanced Vendor Onboarding guide (learn more here: Vendor Dashboard).
Purchases: Provides visibility, actions and reports related to purchase orders.
Payables: Provides visibility, actions and reports related to the process of scanning, reviewing and approving vendor bills. You can learn more about the Payables Dashboard in the OCR and Invoice Scanning guide (learn more here: Payables Dashboard).
Payments: Provides visibility, actions and reports related to payments, check printing and approvals. You can learn more about the Payments Dashboard in the Advanced Check Printing guide (learn more here: Payments Dashboard).
To switch between the dashboard views, hover over the ☰ icon at the top of the dashboard:
When logged into NetSuite with the Administrator role, you can access all of Automate’s configuration settings through the gear icon. Additional details about configuration are available in the Installation and Configuration guide.
